The 21-year-old forward Sebastiaan Steur has arrived from FC Volendam for an undisclosed fee after agreeing a three-year deal with the Eredivisie club, with the option to extend the contract for a further two years.
Three-year deal
Heerenveen have also landed Danish midfielder Hjalte Bo Nørregaard on a free transfer from FC København. The 24-year-old, who scored eight goals in 31 league games last term to be voted the supporters' Player of the Year, has accepted a three-year deal, which he will sign pending a medical.
