The 21-year-old has burst on to the scene with club and country in the last 12 months, making his Scotland debut in May against Trinidad and Tobago at the end of his first campaign as Hearts No1.
English interest
Gordon had attracted interest from clubs in England but has opted to prolong his football education with Hearts, who will feature in the UEFA Cup first round. A Hearts spokesman said: "We are delighted to secure one of our brightest young players, an international player no less."
