Defender Iencsi, 28, joins from FC Dinamo Bucuresti on a three-year contract. Sosa, a 25-year-old midfield player capped ten times by Uruguay, has signed a four-year contract after leaving Danubio FC.
Missed deadline
Neither will be eligible for Spartak's UEFA Cup campaign which resumes on Thursday with the first leg of their third-round tie against against RCD Mallorca.
