The 27-year-old has agreed a three-year contract and will join up with his new team-mates at their training camp. Kernozenko, who leaves Arsenal Kyiv after eight years, came through the youth ranks at FC Dynamo Kyiv.
High hopes
Kernozenko will hope the move to Dnipro will put him back in the international spotlight. He played twice for his country in qualifying for the 2002 FIFA World Cup and also won eight Under-21 caps.
