Glieder lands at Schalke

FC Schalke 04 have signed Eduard Glieder on loan from Austria's SV Pasching until the end of the season.

Intertoto meeting
The 34-year-old Austrian international striker impressed Schalke in the recent UEFA Intertoto Cup final between the German side and Pasching. Schalke emerged as 2-0 aggregate winners to progress to the UEFA Cup first round, where they will face NK Kamen Ingrad.
