NK Dinamo Zagreb hope captain Niko Kranjcar will be fit for the second leg of their UEFA Cup first-round tie against MTK Hungária FC after he missed the first leg after suffering muscle cramps in his right leg.
Mid-October deadline
The 19-year-old has been ordered to rest for at least ten days following his late withdrawal from the side for Wednesday's match because of pain in his right thigh. He has been ruled out of league matches against NK Inker Zaprešic and HNK Cibalia but has until 15 October to regain fitness in time for the trip to Budapest to meet MTK. Dinamo lead 3-1 from the first leg.
