Bencík taken by Teplice

Czech Cup winners FK Teplice have strengthened their attack by signing Slovakia striker Henrich Bencík.

One-year contract
The 24-year-old signed a one-year deal at Na Stínadlech stadium today to end his spell with Slovakian side FC Artmedia Petrzalka. Bencík is well known to Czech fans, especially for helping Denizlispor knock AC Sparta Praha out of the UEFA Cup while on loan with the Turkish club last season.

Second Slovakian
Bencík, who has won eleven caps for Slovakia, will join his compatriot Vladimír Leitner, who has been with Teplice since 2000. He is set to make his debut in tomorrow's match against SFC Opava.
