Fans at the UEFA Cup final in Seville will be out of their seats and tapping their toes to one of the biggest dance hits of recent years.
Pop success
Spanish girl group Las Ketchup - made up of sisters Pilar, Lola and Lucia, the daughters of famous flamenco guitarist Tomate - will take to the pitch for a performance of their huge hit 'Aserejé' or 'The Ketchup Song', which topped the charts around the world last summer. The girls hail from Cordoba, which is two hours from Seville.
Spectacular occasion
Their fresh Andalusian voices will be ringing out around the Estadio Olímpico in the countdown to kick-off between Celtic FC and FC Porto on Wednesday 21 May, but they will not be the only entertainment on view. The feast of noise and colour will also feature Carlsberg cheerleaders, local children and 200 dancers. It promises to be a spectacular occasion to reflect the prestige of the showcase final.
Fans involved
Supporters of both clubs will also be able to get involved in the proceedings with various events taking place around the stadium. These include 'human' table football, using six players per team, and a penalty shoot-out competition.
Carnival atmosphere
Away from the stadium, the atmosphere of the UEFA Cup final is sure to permeate throughout the Spanish city with street banners in evidence and the carnival atmosphere picking up on the theme for the final, 'Fiesta del Futbol'.
