⚠️ There will be extensive road closures around the stadium on matchday, so avoid driving or using taxi / ridesharing options.
🏟️ Stadium accessibility
Keep in mind that the San Mamés Stadium may operate differently for the Europa League final to usual matchdays at the venue.
All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. Our ticketing team will provide updates by email in the lead-up to the final.
There are two types of accessibility tickets – Wheelchair User and Easy Access. A complimentary companion ticket can be added to your order during the ticket application window.
Information on ticket sales will be communicated in due course via the Europa League final tickets FAQs.
There is no need to request approval in advance. Each case will be assessed on their individual circumstance during stadium entry. Please arrive at the stadium with plenty of time for this process to take place.
A dedicated team of accessibility volunteers will be available to support you on-site. These volunteers will be wearing blue bibs.
ADC will be available on matchday. More information about accessing the service and language availability will be released ahead of the final.
🚾 Accessible gender-neutral toilets are available in the stadium. The accessible toilets offer a mixture of left- and right-hand transfer.
🍟 Food and drink concessions are located close to all accessible viewing areas. Each concession has one low-level serving counter available.

Only access the stadium via the route indicated on your ticket. A colour will be displayed on your ticket and this will correspond to your access route.
Accessible parking passes should be requested during the ticket application process and are subject to availability. More information will be available during the ticket purchase phase.
