In the latest instalment of our series, former England international and EURO '96 top scorer Alan Shearer steps into Roy Hodgson's shoes. A striker for Southampton FC, Blackburn Rovers FC and Newcastle United FC, Shearer hit 30 goals in 63 appearances for his country. He explained that in Joe Hart, England have one of the world's most reliable goalkeepers while he expects Theo Walcott to realise his potential.
