The Czech Republic will make their first formal visit to Liechtenstein as their bid for a place in the finals of UEFA EURO 2012 continues with a Group I trip to the Rheinpark Stadium in Vaduz.
Match background
• National sides from the two country have not met at any level, but perennial Liechtenstein Cup winners FC Vaduz have played a couple of two-legged UEFA club competition ties against Czech sides, losing both.
• Beaten 14-1 on aggregate by SK Hradec Králové in the 1995/96 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup preliminary round, Vaduz fared a little better against FC Slovan Liberec in last season's UEFA Europa League third qualifying round, losing 1-0 at home and 2-0 away.
