The UEFA European Football Championship is one of the three major sports events in the world.
Following the highly successful UEFA EURO 2008 corporate hospitality programme, UEFA, through its wholly owned subsidiary UEFA Events SA, will offer its corporate guests a UEFA EURO 2012 hospitality programme of the highest standard at the final round in Poland and Ukraine.
UEFA Events hereby invites companies who have previous relevant international experience in sales of hospitality programmes and who wish to submit an offer for the sales of the UEFA EURO 2012 corporate hospitality programme to retrieve the invitation to tender (ITT) document from the EURO website.
The ITT document is now online and will be available until Friday 21 May at 18.00.
UEFA will only consider offers from companies that have the necessary experience, financial standing and resources to deliver the requirements of the sales programme.
UEFA EURO 2012 will take place in Poland and Ukraine between 8 June and 1 July 2012. Sixteen national teams – 14 qualified sides and the two tournament host countries – will take part. The draw for the 2012 final tournament will be held in December 2011.
UEFA Events is a wholly owned subsidiary of UEFA, created to manage and handle the European governing body's commercial and event operations. It is, among other things, responsible for generating sponsorship, licensing and hospitality revenue from all professional national-team competitions, and for managing relationships with all associated commercial partners.
