Austria coach Josef Hickersberger has delayed announcing his first-choice goalkeeper in a bid to focus his players' minds ahead of UEFA EURO 2008™.

Call for concentration
The co-hosts kick off their Group B campaign against Croatia in Vienna on Sunday, yet Hickersberger is yet to make public his preference for Alex Manninger or Jürgen Macho despite admitting he has already made his decision. "The team have not been as focused as I would have liked them to be in the past few days, and some of them were late," complained the Austria coach, who wants his side to turn thoughts to their opening opponents. "We have to concentrate fully on the first game against Croatia, who are technically very strong."
