Club call
Farkhadbek Irismetov, Kairat Nurdauletov, Ruslan Baltiev, Sergey Skorykh, Nurbol Zhumaskaliyev and Sergey Ostapenko will all miss the national team training camp in the Netherlands, starting on 13 August, because Tobol play Polish side Groclin Grodzisk Wielkopolski in the UEFA Cup second qualifying round three days later. The Kazakhstan squad will then travel to Finland for their Group A fixture, with Pijpers aiming to build on a haul of four points from their last three games. The coach is without defender Maksim Zhalmagambetov who begins a three-match ban.
