Second phase
More than 45,000 EURO 2004™ tickets have been sold since the second phase of the sales campaign began on Friday. Euro 2004, S.A. - the body set up by UEFA and the Portuguese Football Federation to run the finals - have announced that almost all the venues for the tournament are close to being sold out.
Massive sales
The first and second phases of sales have already seen 320,000 tickets sold, which has exceeded even the most optimistic expectations of the organisers. As of 12.00CET on Monday 4 August, the situation for ticket sales was as follows:

Euro 2004, S.A. has been made aware of ticket offers for EURO 2004™ matches from corporations or individuals who operate on an illegal basis. Such offers do not comply with the terms and conditions of ticket sales laid down by Euro 2004, S.A. and infringe on the tournament's rights. Action will be taken against illegal traders.
