Bosnia-Herzegovina 4-4 F.Y.R. Macedonia
Midfield player Artim Saciri hit a second-half hat-trick for F.Y.R. Macedonia as they battled back from 3-0 down to draw 4-4 with Bosnia-Herzegovina in an entertaining friendly in Sarajevo today.
Bolic opener
The home side, playing for the first time under new coach Blaz Sliskovic, were 3-0 ahead at the break. Rayo Vallecano's Elvir Bolic netted a third minute opener before Sergej Barbarez struck twice.
Saciri heroics
Malatyaspor midfielder Saciri reduced the arrears early in the second half before Sasa Circic, recalled to the national team after a lengthy absence, gave his side hope. Bolic scored again from a 17-metre free-kick in the 67th minute to restore the hosts' two-goal advantage but Saciri netted again in the 76th and 88th minutes to salvage a draw for the Macedonians.
