Bulgaria coach Plamen Markov has named a provisional squad of 12 foreign-based players for the friendly in Spain on 20 November.
Todorov nod
Portsmouth FC's in-form striker Svetoslav Todorov, who missed out on the UEFA EURO 2004™ qualifiers against Croatia and Andorra last moth, has been recalled to the national squad. He comes in at the expense of Gueorgui Ivanov, who has been out of favour at Stade Rennais FC following his transfer from PFC Levski Sofia in the summer.
Hristov out
1. FC Kaiserslautern's Marian Hristov, who is key player in Markov's squad, is still injured and is out for the game. Markov will announce the names of the players from domestic clubs at a later date.
