Going well
Hungary are going particularly well at present, occupying second place in Group 4 having drawn 1-1 in Sweden and defeated San Marino 3-0 at home. Latvia and Poland are the other nations eyeing top spot and an automatic passage to Portugal.
Tough pool
Estonia are third in Group 8, a tough pool containing FIFA World Cup finalists Belgium and Croatia in addition to a Bulgarian side which boats a 100 per cent record after three matches. Indeed, in-form Bulgaria are Estonia's next opponents in Tallinn on 2 April.
Warm-up games
The Hungarian Football Federation recently announced that Imre Gellei's squad will take on Bulgaria, Luxembourg and Slovenia as warm-up games for their remaining six qualifying matches. They are next in action in Poland on 29 March.
