Portugal: Rui Patrício; Cédric, Pepe, Fonte, Guerreiro; Danilo, João Mário, Adrien Silva, Sanches; Nani, Ronaldo.
- João Moutinho may come in for Adrien Silva, while Pepe faces an anxious wait on a thigh injury; Ricardo Carvalho will likely return if the Real Madrid man misses out.
Wales: Hennessey; Chester, A Williams, Collins; Gunter, Allen, Ledley, J Williams, Taylor; Bale, Robson-Kanu.
- Two enforced changes as suspension rules out Ben Davies and Aaron Ramsey. Chris Coleman is expected to bring veteran James Collins into defence and add Jonny Williams in midfield.
Germany: Neuer; Kimmich, Boateng, Höwedes, Hector; Kroos, Schweinsteiger; Draxler, Özil, Götze; Müller.
- Benedikt Höwedes deputises for the suspended Mats Hummels at centre-half, with Joshua Kimmich filling in at right-back. If Bastian Schweinsteiger doesn't make it, Emre Can or Julian Weigl will replace him. Thomas Müller should lead the line.
France: Lloris; Sagna, Rami, Koscielny, Evra; Pogba, Matuidi; Sissoko, Griezmann, Payet; Giroud.
- Didier Deschamps could restore Adil Rami in central defence after a ban. A reversion to 4-3-3 and recall for N'Golo Kanté cannot be discounted should Deschamps decide 4-2-3-1 is overly attacking.
