FIORENTINA SUPPORTER GUIDE 🟣
Now you’ve bought for your ticket, this page will have key information to make your trip to Athens as enjoyable as possible.
🏴 Flags
You can bring banners or flags that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m, and flagpoles that are up to 1m long and 1cm in diameter into the stadium.
If you’re planning to bring flags or banners larger than that, you need to:
• Send a request in advance of the match with a picture and dimensions of the item.
• Ensure the banner/flag is either fire resistant when purchased or treated with a specially prepared fire retardant if not already done.
• A Fire Certificate must be produced and will be inspected before entering the stadium.
The request window for oversized flags and banners is now closed. You can only take items into the stadium which have been approved.
📲 All tickets are sold and delivered by UEFA
❌ Do not buy tickets from unofficial sellers – fake tickets may be in circulation.
✅ All mobile ticket(s) will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. You’ll receive an email when your ticket(s) have been sent to you.
🛂 Travel to Athens
📍 Arriving in Greece
If you're an Italian citizen or citizen of another E/Schengen country, you can enter Greece with your national ID card or passport. If you’re arriving from somewhere else, please check our travel page for more information.
If you are travelling as part of an organised group on a charter flight from Italy, you will touch down in Athens International Airport and be directed to your coach for onward travel to OAKA, the Fiorentina Fan Meeting Point.
✅ Charter flight requirements
🎒 Travel light - Do not travel with check-in luggage and keep in mind bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.
🛫 Return boarding pass ready – Ensure you have both outbound and inbound passes downloaded and ready before leaving for the airport. This will significantly speed up any queues.
🚍 Transport from and to airport – Ensure you have your coach travel booked and you know where the drop off / pick up points are so you know where to go, especially after the match!
🎊 Fan Meeting Point
Fiorentina supporters will be gathering at the Fan Meeting Point in OAKA, the Olympic sports complex in the north of the city. This is the perfect place to gather with fellow supporters with live entertainment, food and drink kiosks and more!
Make your way here early so you can enjoy the final experience and won’t have to worry about the matchday rush.
OAKA

Open to ticket holders only! Make sure you have your mobile ticket ready on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.
- Fiorentina will have a pre-match entertainment programme to get supporters ready for kick-off.
- You’ll find multiple concession stands where you can grab a tasty snack or a cold beer. You'll be able to use both cashless payment options and cash (euro).
- There will be storage at the Fan Meeting Point, in case you're carrying a bag larger than A4. You can drop it here before heading to the stadium and pick it up after the match. However, storage will be limited, so it's best to not bring a bag at all.
An accessible Shuttle Bus will operate between the Fan Meeting Point and the stadium, both pre-match and post-match. Head to the Shuttle Bus stop and look out for the relevant signs. This service will be prioritised for ticket holders who have reduced / limited mobility or blind / partially sighted.
🚌 Getting to the stadium
Supporters on charter flights ✈️
➡️ Airport → Fan Meeting Point → Stadium
1️⃣ Once your exit the plane, you will directly board a coach for onward travel.
2️⃣ After approx. 35 minutes on the coach, you will arrive at the Fan Meeting Point in OAKA.
3️⃣ Enjoy the atmosphere with other supporters
4️⃣ From 18:00, free Shuttle Buses will depart from OAKA to the stadium (journey time: 20 mins).
5️⃣ If you arrive at the Fan Meeting Point after 18:00, board a free Shuttle Bus to the stadium straight away.
Supporters travelling independently 🧍
1️⃣ Once you exit arrivals, go directly to the Airport train station
2️⃣ Take a A1 suburban rail service to Neratziotissa
3️⃣ Transfer to Metro Line 1 Southbound
4️⃣ Get off at Irini and walk to the Fan Meeting Point
5️⃣ From 18:00, board a free Shuttle Bus to the stadium (journey time: 20 mins)
1️⃣ Head to Monastiraki station on Metro line 1 in the city centre
2️⃣ Take the northbound line towards Kifissia
3️⃣ Get off at Irini station and walk to the Fan Meeting Point
4️⃣ From 18:00, board a free Shuttle Bus to the stadium (journey time: 20 mins)
⚠️ If you're travelling directly to the stadium after 18:00, you will need to take a direct train from Thissio station.

🏟️ At the stadium
Football wouldn’t exist without supporters like you and your love for football is what makes the atmosphere unlike anything else.
We want everyone to feel welcome and we want you to have the most memorable night possible. So remember to always be a good sport for both teams, all players and the match officials. We also kindly ask you to stay in your designated seats.
Stadium rules 🚨
🪪 Make sure you have an original form of ID on you as you may be asked to present it by a police officer. Accepted IDs include passports, national identity cards and driving licences.
🛂 Additional security checks will be in place in the area surrounding the stadium, with fans subject to body searches.
🔋You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
🎒 Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.
🚭 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium.
🚰 Water bottles are not permitted inside the stadium. Water will be sold at concession stands.

👋 After the match
With a 22:00 kick-off and the Trophy Ceremony after the match, you can expect the celebration at the stadium to wrap up at 00:20. If the match goes to extra time or penalties, expect the action on the pitch to continue until 01:15. As you know, football is unpredictable and things can always change.
Supporters on charter flights ✈️
🚌 Board a Shuttle Bus from the stadium back to the Fan Meeting Point.
Your coach back to the airport will leave from the Fan Meeting Point (OAKA). There will be food and drink concessions at the Fan Meeting Point, as well as toilets, in case you need to wait for your coach to the airport.
Supporters travelling independently 🚇
🚉 Head to Pefkakia metro station, approx. 20 min walk from the stadium. From here, you can board a non-stop service to Omonia and Monastiraki.
🚖 Remember that extensive traffic restrictions will be in place around the stadium. If you must use a taxi for post-match travel, please use the designated taxi pick-up point 1.8 km north of the stadium when booking: Tatoiou & E. Venizelou
