Braga's first UEFA Champions League group game in 11 years is a glamourous fixture against Italian champions and 2022/23 quarter-finalists Napoli.
The Portuguese side have come through two qualifying rounds to reach this stage for the first time since 2012/13; Napoli, meanwhile, are in the group stage for the second season running having ended a two-year absence last season.
This is the sides' first meeting – indeed, neither Matchday 1 fixture in Group C, which also includes Real Madrid and debutants Union Berlin, has been played before.

Record vs Italian clubs: W3 D2 L6 F10 A17
Home record vs Italian clubs: W2 D1 L2
Braga won their first two home games against Italian visitors, keeping a clean sheet in both, but have lost the last two, both without scoring.
Home (0-4) and away (2-3) defeats against Fiorentina in last season's UEFA Europa Conference knockout round play-offs made it four successive losses to Serie A clubs with 12 goals conceded in those matches and only three scored.
Braga are without a win against Italian sides since a 1-0 victory at Parma in the 2006/07 UEFA Cup round of 32 second leg (2-0 aggregate); their record since is D2 L5, though the two draws came in the same tie, a 2012/13 Champions League play-off against Udinese that they won on penalties.
Third in the Portuguese Liga in 2022/23, nine points behind champions Benfica and seven adrift of Porto, Braga are in the Champions League for the third time and a first in 11 seasons.
Both those previous campaigns have extended into the group stage, Braga finishing third in their section in 2010/11 and going on to reach the UEFA Europa League final, losing an all-Portuguese final 1-0 to Porto in Dublin.
Braga were fourth in their 2012/13 section having lost five of their six games, winning only one – 2-0 away at Galatasaray on Matchday 2.
The Arsenalistas began 2022/23 in the Europa League group stage, finishing third in their section behind Union Saint-Gilloise and Union Berlin, moving into the Europa Conference League where they were well beaten by eventual runners-up Fiorentina in the knockout play-offs.
Braga entered this season's Champions League in the third qualifying round, where they were comfortable winners against Bačka Topola of Serbia (3-0 h, 4-1 a), Bruma, Pizzi and Álvaro Djaló all scoring in both legs.
Greek side Panathinaikos were then beaten home (2-1) and away (1-0) in the play-offs, Djaló finding the net in Portugal and Bruma scoring in Greece.
The Portuguese side were on a seven-match unbeaten home run (W6 D1) before losing 2-1 to Union SG on Matchday 3 of last season's Europa League group stage; their subsequent record is W3 L2.
