Getting to the stadium
We strongly encourage you to get to the stadium using public transport for the quickest journey. As there is no parking available for fans at the stadium, we kindly ask that you do not bring your car and give your wheels a break.

Top tip
Please only use the entrance indicated on your ticket otherwise you won’t be able to access the stadium and will have to go back to find your designated entrance.
Travel to Stade de France
🚇 By public transport
Stade de France is well connected to Paris and is readily accessible by both RER trains and metro, which we strongly advise as the preferred methods of transport.
🔴 For Liverpool supporters:
RER B to Stade de France
RER B Station La Plaine – Stade de France – 600m away from the stadium
RER D to Stade de France
RER D Station Stade de France – Saint Denis – 1.2km away from the stadium
⚪ For Real Madrid supporters:
Metro to Stade de France
M13 Saint-Denis Porte de Paris – 700m away from the stadium
If you’re headed to the stadium from the Giant Trophy Experience in Saint-Denis, it’s best to take metro line 13 to Saint-Denis Porte de Paris station and then walk about ten minutes to your designated entrance. Another way is to take tramway 8, which also stops at Saint-Denis Porte de Paris station.
You could also opt for the scenic route and walk about 20 to 30 minutes from the Basilique de Saint-Denis to the stadium. Along the way, you will pass through the gorgeous Parc de la Legion d'Honneur where you can take in some lovely views before the match.
Top tip
Distances in the city are big so we highly recommend you start your travels to the stadium early. Gates open at 18:00 so avoid the last-minute rush.
🚖 By taxi or rideshare
Traffic on matchday may significantly increase your journey times so we don’t recommend this as a convenient option to get to Stade de France.
The pick-up and drop-off point will only be at the intersection of rue du Landy and Avenue du Président Wilson. From there, it is a little more than a 15-minute walk to get to the southern gates and an extra 10 minutes of walking to reach the northern gates.
🛵 By motorbike or scooter
We don’t recommend coming by motorbike or scooter – public transport is a much more convenient way to get to the match.
Top tip
We don’t recommend cycling to the stadium as no bike racks are available in the area.
Leaving the stadium
Once the match is over, the most convenient way to make your way back will depend on where you are seated. Please follow stadium signage as well as the guidance of stewards and volunteers to get back to your transport.
Public transport will be operating at maximum capacity and there will be extra trains running post-match so that you can make your way back quickly and efficiently. Here are the last RER and metro trains running after the match.
🔴 For Liverpool supporters:
- RER B (La Plaine Stade de France) – 01:51*
- RER D (Stade de France Saint-Denis) – 01:31*
⚪ For Real Madrid supporters:
- Metro 13 (Saint-Denis – Porte de Paris) – 01:40* to Paris city centre and 01:52* to Saint-Denis Université
