Watch Mbappé's two goals against Bayern

TUESDAY 13 APRIL

Kylian Mbappé (€11.1m) vs Bayern

Mbappé continued his sparkling form on Matchday 9 with his double helping Paris to a 3-2 win against Bayern in Munich, and those who captained the Frenchman on Wednesday will have been delighted with his haul. Having not found the net in any of Paris's first five games in this season's UEFA Champions League, Mbappé has since scored eight goals in his last four games in the competition to put him second on the top scorers list behind Erling Haaland. If the second leg against Bayern is anything like the first, Mbappé could once more benefit from the space afforded to him and he is set to be the most popular captain option among #UCLfantasy managers on the opening gameday of Matchday 10.
Other options: Neymar (€11.6m), Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (€6.6m)

Watch Mount's brilliant turn and finish for Chelsea

Mason Mount (€6.9m) vs Porto

Thomas Tuchel has had an outstanding impact since he took over at Chelsea in January and Mason Mount in particular has been thriving under his tutelage. The Englishman opened the scoring against Porto in the first leg to register the first UEFA Champions League goal of his career and that is likely to be the first of many if he continues on his current trajectory. Opting to give the armband to the Chelsea man ahead of the likes of Mbappé is undoubtedly something of a gamble but Tuesday's fixtures are the best time to take a risk given you'll be able to switch to a Wednesday captain if needed. Mount has scored eight goals in all competitions for Chelsea this season but seven of those have come since the turn of the year and it is that eye for goal which makes him a tempting differential option.
Other options: Ben Chilwell (€5.2m), Moussa Marega (€7.9m)

WEDNESDAY 14 APRIL

Highlights: Real Madrid 3-1 Liverpool

Mohamed Salah (€11.8m) vs Real Madrid

The first leg at Real Madrid did not go to plan for Liverpool in this tie between two of Europe's most successful ever clubs, and they have it all do now to overturn their 3-1 deficit. Anfield has played host to countless European success stories over the years though and this tie is certainly not over just yet. Salah grabbed Liverpool's away goal on Matchday 9 – the fourth successive UEFA Champions League game in which he has found the net – and only Erling Haaland has scored more #UCLfantasy points throughout the competition than the Egyptian. The Liverpool attacker has scored seven or more points in six of his nine UEFA Champions League appearances this season, making him one of the go-to captain options on Matchday 10.
Other options: Vinícius Júnior (€7.9m), Karim Benzema (€10.4m)

De Bruyne highlights and reaction

Kevin De Bruyne (€11.3m) vs Dortmund

De Bruyne continued his streak of recording an attacking return in every UEFA Champions League game he has featured in this season in Manchester City's 2-1 home victory against Dortmund, so it stands to reason that he is one of the prime armband candidates in this return leg. With Josep Guardiola often fielding a team without a natural striker – as he did on Matchday 9 – his midfielders are given license to roam forward and there are few more devastating than the Belgian playmaker, who has both goals and assists in his arsenal. Dortmund must score if they are to have any chance of progressing to the semi-finals and if space opens up, Fantasy managers who choose to captain De Bruyne will be rubbing their hands in anticipation of more #UCLfantasy points.
Other options: Phil Foden (€7.1m), Erling Haaland (€11.2m)
