Jürgen Klopp, Dortmund coach
It is one of the biggest challenges in football: we need a win against an Italian side who need only a draw. We are completely ready. We conceded on the counterattack in Turin, but they also had other chances in the second half. They are incredibly experienced, very clever; but not unbeatable. We have to keep our cool. A 1-0 win would see us through, after all.
If you are in the Champions League round of 16 and want to go through, you need at least one outstanding game. Our first-leg performance wasn't outstanding, so that is our target. If we manage that, we have a chance. If not, we will go out and do so deservedly.
We are all highly motivated. If you think of Dortmund v Juventus, you automatically think of 1997 [when BVB beat Juve in the UEFA Champions League final]. But that will not help us. It will be about what we do. I don't just want to rely on the atmosphere. It is good if the two, performance and atmosphere, complement each other.
Nobody in Germany believes Italian football is mediocre and certainly not Juventus. It is telling that they enjoy a 14-point lead in Serie A. It is telling how they get results, often winning by just a goal, but almost always winning. It will be a big challenge.
Massimiliano Allegri, Juventus coach
Having a 2-1 lead is certainly not a disadvantage. We know how difficult it will be to go through though but BVB know about our quality. It is going to be an interesting game. I don't think it will end 0-0, although that would be great for us. We will have to score, of that I am certain. It would be great to get two goals.
We have to prepare for Dortmund's skill, pace and quality. They can put us under a lot of pressure. We will have to put in a perfect technical performance and exploit their weaknesses. Will we play with a back three or a back four? Options ... I still have time to think about that.
We can take the first leg as our foundations – it was a more than decent performance. So far we can be pleased with what we have done. We are entering the home stretch of the season and now we will see if we can reap the rewards or not.
Marchisio and Pirlo are fundamentally two different players. Andrea can force the pace, he can read the game and dictate the tempo. His set pieces are also deadly. Claudio Marchisio is also having a great season, which does not surprise me at all – he is among Europe's best midfielders. We are lucky to have two players like that in our ranks.
