Olympique Lyonnais president Jean-Michel Aulas said Lisandro will be out of action for "two or three weeks" with a thigh injury sustained in Sunday's 2-0 Ligue 1 loss at FC Girondins de Bordeaux.
"We still need a couple of days to determine whether the muscle is pulled or torn, but he will be out for two or three weeks," said Aulas. The Argentinian, 27, was replaced by Jérémy Pied 51 minutes into Lyon third loss in six league domestic fixtures. They are now 17th in the 20-team table.
The absence of Lisandro, the 2009/10 Ligue 1 player of the season, will raise the pressure on Lyon, though left-back Aly Cissokho did return to action against Bordeaux. Lyon won their first UEFA Champions League Group B game 1-0 at home to FC Schalke 04 last week.
