Glittering career
"On Ancelotti's suggestion, Costacurta will become second assistant coach alongside Mauro Tassotti," said vice-president Adriano Galliani, who also revealed that former Milan and Brazil midfielder Leonardo will enter the management staff next term. Costacurta, 41, who made his Rossoneri debut in 1986 and has since collected 20 major honours, will add more silverware to his haul if Milan beat Liverpool FC in the UEFA Champions League final in Athens on 23 May. The veteran defender, who won 59 caps for Italy, has played twice in Serie A and three times - twice in the third qualifying round - in the UEFA Champions League this campaign.
