Who are the most in-form teams in European football?

Monaco are on the longest winning streak in Europe's top leagues, while Chelsea are in fine form in England, but Barcelona's goal glut in Spain may not be enough to scoop them the title.

Monaco won their first title in 17 years as they took their winning run in Ligue 1 to 11 games, while Chelsea are on fine form as they do their victory lap in England.

Barcelona, meanwhile, are the top scorers in Europe's top leagues this season and are on a five-game winning streak in the Liga, but UEFA Champions League finalists Real Madrid are still on course to win the Spanish title at the weekend.
