We are not in a difficult position. We have had one bad result, a well-deserved [4-1] loss at Bayern [on Saturday]. We have asked the players to put that defeat behind them. Sometimes that makes sense, just to forget a game, especially when you are playing Saturday, Wednesday, Saturday.
Monaco have lots of players who impress us. We think they have outstanding individual quality, but they are also very compact as a team and athletically very strong. They have big personalities and many top talents. Usually it is a 50-50 game, but the momentum currently is a little bit on their side. But we feel ready for this great game, to show all our strengths and to win it.

Radamel Falcao's return means more quality and experience in our side. We have noticed the difference [he makes] before in the Champions League. We know we have a couple of problems with Sidibé and Bakayoko missing, but we must rely on our strength-in-depth.
It will be a very intense game against a very good side with very good players. They have more European experience than we do, which is an advantage, and they have a deeper squad. We will have to play to our strengths and show who we are. But we also have to be wary of their quality when defending. There has to be a balance.
It is not easy trying to play at full intensity every three days. I don't know if a team ever went from the third qualifying round to the quarter-finals. We have had the most games of any team so far.

Dortmund missed a chance to overtake third-placed Hoffenheim as they were comfortably beaten in Munich. The only consolation was Raphaël Guerreiro's blistering volley, but BVB will rue a key passage of play when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was unable to find the net after being sent clear. Instead, Bayern went up the other end to earn the penalty that made it 4-1.

Ligue 1 leaders Monaco responded to Nice's Friday win at LOSC Lille with a victory that took Jardim's side four points clear, before Paris Saint-Germain cut the gap to three on Sunday. Radamel Falcao, starting for the first time since a hip injury, got his 25th goal of the season with an accurate finish after fine work from Nabil Dirar.

I agree with Tuchel that this tie is 50-50. To be honest, many fans in Germany are a bit dismissive of Monaco even though they eliminated Manchester City. "Ah, it is just Monaco" is what you hear from time to time. While I would not go as far as to say that they are favourites just because they sit top of Ligue 1, Leonardo Jardim has definitely done great work with this young side. Dortmund are just as exciting and I am looking forward to an encounter between two attacking teams.
