Group E
Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 CSKA Moskva
Spurs needed only to avoid defeat to secure third position, but efforts from Dele Alli and Harry Kane, as well as an Igor Akinfeev own goal, meant they did so with only their second win of the campaign – the other was in Moscow in September.

Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 Monaco
Monaco had already won the group, but Vladlen Yurchenko and Julian Brandt both scored their maiden UEFA Champions League goals to help ensure Leverkusen were the ones who ended the group stage on a high.

Group F
Real Madrid 2-2 Borussia Dortmund

Substitute Marco Reus scored an 88th-minute equaliser as Madrid surrendered both a two-goal lead and top spot in the section. Karim Benzema had struck twice to take his UEFA Champions League goal tally to 50.

Legia Warszawa 1-0 Sporting CP
Legia had Guilherme's goal on the half-hour to thank for the win they needed to overhaul their Portuguese visitors in the race for third position.

Group G
Porto 5-0 Leicester City

Porto needed a win to be sure of qualifying and they got one in style, André Silva's third and fourth goals of the group stage setting them on their way to inflicting Leicester's heaviest ever European defeat.

Club Brugge 0-2 København
København fulfilled their half of the bargain – a Brandon Mechele own goal and Mathias Jørgensen's effort earning them all three points – but nevertheless had to settle for third.

Group H
Lyon 0-0 Sevilla
Sevilla could not find a breakthrough but a share of the spoils was all they needed to go through as runners-up.

Juventus 2-0 Dinamo Zagreb
Gonzalo Higuaín and Daniele Rugani were on the mark as Juve picked up the win they required to be assured of finishing at the summit; Dinamo end their campaign without a point.
