Matchday 2 highlights: See Delaney's stunner for København

Michel Preud'homme, Club Brugge coach
Purely in theory, the match against Anderlecht [on Sunday] is more important than the one against København, but we're playing a home match in the Champions League. We are able to prove ourselves against a top team. København are a team that convert their chances; we saw that at their place.

In our previous game with them we failed to be clinical at the right moment whereas they were. In the matches since we've done better, so let's hope we have improved in that respect. Sometimes you don't always get what you deserve. In football only results count, and that is a pity sometimes. Since København away, we've proved we've taken some steps forward. The next step is to be concentrated for the full 90 minutes.

It is very rare that a team from a small country get into the knockout stages of the Champions League so this is important. We have everything to play for, as I am convinced that if we get three points, and still don't qualify, we will at least be seeded in the Europa League.

I think the game will be pretty even. It doesn't matter so much how Club Brugge line up as the quality of their first 14 or 15 players is pretty equal. They might even have Refaelov back, and he is one of their best players. But we must just concentrate on our own game.

Weekend results

Club Brugge are up for their final European match of the season and, as defender Stefano Denswil pointed out, they are desperate to pick up their first points of this group stage despite the potential distraction of Sunday's big domestic game with Anderlecht. José Izquierdo, who injured himself after scoring at the weekend, is a big miss but his absence might give 2015/16's star, Lior Refaelov, the chance to feature for the first time in this campaign after injury.
