Rostov v Bayern: line-ups, where to watch, form guide

"They're one of the best teams in Europe," said Ivan Daniliants, hoping his Rostov side can offer sterner resistance to Bayern than they did in Munich – Carlo Ancelotti does not doubt they will.

Ivan Daniliants, Rostov coach
I don't know which line-up Bayern will field, but Bayern are Bayern, they are one of the best teams in Europe. We didn't play as badly as the scoreline suggested in our first meeting.

We started very well [in Munich]. Prior to the first goal, our defensive organisation looked really solid and we didn't allow Bayern to do anything. The difference between the sides was their decision-making and the speed with which they work the ball.

Carlo Ancelotti, Bayern coach
Rostov are a good team tactically and very well organised defensively. They are dangerous on the counterattack and don't give you much space. I am sure it won't be 5-0 again. We'll have to fight to win this time.

Against Dortmund we played with three strikers and we won't change our system. We need to attack well, with pace, but without losing our shape. Rostov played well against PSV and didn't deserve to lose away to Atlético Madrid.
