René Adler's heroics seemed to have earned struggling HSV a point until Joshua Kimmich scored his fifth goal in his last five outings for club and country, maintaining Carlo Ancelotti's perfect start as Bayern coach. The visitors lost Mats Hummels to injury six minutes into the second half.

Thomas Tuchel's men took their tally to 20 goals in four games with another win. Furthermore, Dortmund equalled their club record of 24 home Bundesliga matches without defeat.

Zinédine Zidane's team twice squandered the lead in the Canary Islands but remain top of the Liga nonetheless. With Madrid leading 2-1, Cristiano Ronaldo was replaced after 72 minutes by Lucas Vázquez.
Wisła Kraków 0-0 Legia Warszawa
Under caretaker coach Aleksandar Vuković for the first and last time, Legia ended their three-match losing run but could still only earn a goalless draw away to bottom-of-the-table Wisla on Friday night. Legia confirmed the appointment of Jacek Magiera on Saturday.
