Group A
Nottingham Forest 0-4 Arsenal (Xhaka 23, Pérez 60pen 71, Oxlade-Chamberlain 90+3)
Arsenal are through to the English League Cup last 16 after a comfortable victory away at their second-tier hosts. In a rotated squad, Lucas Pérez scored his first two Arsenal goals after Granit Xhaka had followed up his maiden Gunners strike on Saturday with an indentical effort tonight.
Paris Saint-Germain 3-0 Dijon (Lang 15og, Cavani 27pen, Lucas 67)
Paris are back on top of Ligue 1, at least until Monaco visit Nice on Wednesday night. In a performance that was more clinical than spectacular, Paris never looked in danger after Maxwell's shot was deflected in for the opener.
Botev Vratsa 0-4 Ludogorets Razgrad (Sasha 35, Campanharo 45, Terziev 60, Abel 90pen)
Ludogroets had no problem reaching the last 16 of the Bulgarian Cup away to second-tier opposition. They will hope to avoid their fate in the second round last year, when they lost 1-0 at lower-division Lokomotiv Gorna Oryahovitsa.
Group F
Wolfsburg 1-5 Borussia Dortmund (Didavi 53; Raphaël Guerreiro 4, Aubameyang 16 62, Dembele 58, Piszczek 73)
Dortmund moved on to nine points from four games with a comprehensive defeat of previously unbeaten Wolfsburg to add to the 6-0 wins against both Darmstadt on Saturday and Legia Warszawa last week in the UEFA Champions League. Half-time substitute Gonzalo Castro set up the third and fourth goals while Łukasz Piszczek headed his first Bundesliga goal since May 2014.
Group G
Leicester City 2-4aet Chelsea (Okazaki 17 34; Cahill 45+2, Azpilcuta 49, Fàbregas 92 94)
Leicester saw a two-goal lead slip through their fingers in the League Cup last 32. Shinji Okazaki had put Leicester in control but their cause in extra time against Claudio Ranieri's old team was not helped by Marcin Wasilewski's 89th-minute red card.
Club Brugge 3-1 Lommel United (Vormer 39, Gedoz 45+3, Limbombe 62; Adesanya 27)
Brugge are through to the last 16 of the Belgian Cup despite falling behind to their second-tier visitors. The next round is in late November.
Group H
Sevilla 1-0 Real Betis (Mercado 51)
Summer signing Gabriel Mercado got his first Sevilla goal as the Argentina right-back earned a derby Liga victory. Samir Nasri capped a fine performance by sending in the free-kick that Mercado touched home.
Veli Vrh 0-5 Dinamo Zagreb (Morris 28, Henríquez 48, Olmo 57 80, Hodži 90)
In their first game under caretaker coach Željko Sopić following Zlatko Kranjčar's departure, Dinamo were only one up at half-time against their amateur opponents from Istria in the Croatian Cup last 32. However two Daniel Olmo goals helped Dinamo to a comfortable win.
