UEFA Champions League group stage entrants Galatasaray AŞ have signed Turkey winger Olcan Adın from Trabzonspor AŞ for €4m and extended the contracts of three of their internationals.

Capped seven times, former Kartalspor, Fenerbahçe SK and Gaziantepspor player Olcan, 28, has agreed a deal until summer 2018. As part of the transfer, defender Salih Dursun goes in the opposite direction on a two-year loan.

The move comes as Uruguay goalkeeper Fernando Muslera (until June 2018) and midfielder Selçuk İnan and forward Burak Yılmaz (both June 2019) have pledged their futures to Cimbom, who finished second in the Süper Lig last season. "They showed how much they value me," said Burak.

Olcan becomes the fifth player to swap Trabzonspor for Galatasaray − following in the footsteps of Selçuk, Engin Baytar, Ceyhun Gülselam and Burak − since Ünal Aysal became president of the Istanbul club in 2011.

"Burak and Selçuk are my childhood friends," said Olcan of his international team-mates. "We know each other very well and meet quite often. It will be nice to be together with them."

Along with Jermain Defoe, Olcan was the five-goal top scorer in the UEFA Europa League group stage last term, helping the Black Sea side into the round of 32.
