Chelsea announce revised media plans

UEFA Champions League finalists Chelsea FC have announced new timings for their media open day on 15 May ahead of the showpiece at the Fußball Arena München.

Chelsea FC have announced revised timings for their UEFA Champions League final media open day on Tuesday 15 May.

The Premier League side's manager Roberto Di Matteo will now hold his press conference at 12.45, before a fully open training session takes place at 14.30, followed by a pitchside mixed zone with players. All activities will take place at the Chelsea FC Training Ground, 60-64 Stoke Road, Stoke D'Abernon, Cobham, Surrey KT11 3PT.

Media wishing to attend should email media@chelseafc.com. The deadline for registering is 17.00 on Friday 11 May.

The timings for the finalists' pre-match media activity in Munich on Friday 18 May remain unchanged. FC Bayern München will hold their press conference with Jupp Heynckes and two players at 13.00 at the Fußball Arena München. This will be followed by a fully open training session at Saebener Strasse at 15.30.

Chelsea FC will hold their press conference with Di Matteo and two players at 17.45 at the Fußball Arena München. It will be followed by a fully open training session from 18.30 to 19.30, also at the stadium.

Media activities at the Fußball Arena München are restricted to media accredited for the UEFA Champions League final itself. Simultaneous translation will be provided for the press conferences.
