FC Internazionale Milano have completed their third signing of the month after assuming the services of Genoa CFC midfielder Houssine Kharja on loan until the end of the season, with an option to make the deal permanent in the summer.
The 28-year-old Moroccan international, who has made 13 league appearances and played in two Coppa Italia matches for Genoa this term, scored his only goal of the campaign against Inter in the last of those cup ties.
In addition to the former AC Siena and AS Roma man, Inter have already brought in defender Andrea Ranocchia from the Grifone and announced a deal on Friday with Genoa's city rivals UC Sampdoria to sign striker Giampaolo Pazzini.
The Beneamata, who lie nine points behind Serie A leaders AC Milan with a game in hand, face FC Bayern München in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie at San Siro on 23 February.
