Teenage midfielder David Alaba has signed his first professional contract at FC Bayern München.
Having turned 18 on 24 June, Austrian international Alaba has been able to upgrade the initial youth agreement he signed when joining from FK Austria Wien in the summer of 2008. His new deal will run until June 2013.
Capped three times, Austria's youngest full international made six first-team appearances in all competitions for German double winners Bayern in 2009/10.
He became the youngest player to represent Bayern in the UEFA Champions League when he featured in the round of 16 tie against ACF Fiorentina at the age of 17 years and 259 days.
Last season's beaten finalists will start their 2010/11 European campaign in the UEFA Champions League group stage.
