Mario Gómez could miss the first leg of FC Bayern München's UEFA Champions League quarter-final after rupturing a muscle in his right calf during Tuesday's defeat by ACF Fiorentina.
Germany striker Gómez suffered the injury in the first half and was replaced after 30 minutes by Miroslav Klose. Bayern went on to lose the match 3-2 but progressed on away goals courtesy of a 2-1 triumph in Bavaria.
