Chelsea FC goalkeeper Petr Čech could miss the second leg of his team's UEFA Champions League first knockout round tie against FC Internazionale Milano after tearing a calf muscle during Wednesday's 2-1 defeat in Italy.

The 27-year-old went off on 61 minutes in Milan after pulling up while collecting a cross and "is expected to be out for three to four weeks", according to the London club. Chelsea host the return leg on Tuesday 16 March, needing a victory to stand a chance of featuring in the draw for the quarter-finals that Friday.
