Argentinian midfielder Sebastián Prediger has become FC Porto's eleventh signing of the summer after completing his move from CA Colón.

The 22-year-old came up through the ranks at Colón and had spent his entire career at the Sante Fe club other than a short stint with CD Los Millonarios in 2007. The defensive midfielder has been capped once by Argentina and made his debut against Panama in a friendly match in May. No details of the transfer have yet been released. "I'm very happy to join a club playing in the UEFA Champions League and one that is always challenging for titles," he said on Sunday after his first training session with Porto at their camp in Ayamonte, Spain. The Portuguese champions kick off their UEFA Champions League campaign in the group stage.
