uefa.com to stream draws live

The draws for the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round and the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup will be streamed live on uefa.com today.

First up
uefa.com will be the centre of the footballing world's attention on Friday as players and club officials join regular site users in watching live footage of the two draws from UEFA HQ in Nyon. First up will be the UEFA Champions League draw from 12.00CET which will see the likes of recent winners Liverpool FC and FC Barcelona eagerly awaiting news of their opening opponents in the competition.

Big names
From 13.00CET, the focus will shift to the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup, with the eleven sides who battled their way through the UEFA Intertoto Cup joining up with the winners of the 37 first qualifying round ties, which concluded last night, and 16 more teams who will make their first appearance in the competition this season, in the draw. Two former European Champion Clubs' Cup winners are involved, Aston Villa FC (1982) and FK Crvena Zvezda (1991).
