Kaká has extended his contract with AC Milan, committing the Brazilian international to the European champions until 2013.
Fresh terms
The 25-year-old has added 12 months to his previous deal which was due to expire in 2012. Kaká, who joined the Rossoneri from São Paulo FC in 2003, has scored eight goals in 20 Serie A games this season as well as two in seven UEFA Champions League appearances. The Ballon d'Or winner and FIFA World Player of the Year is currently recovering from a troublesome knee injury but should be available when Milan host Arsenal FC in the return leg of their UEFA Champions League first knockout round tie on 4 March.
