FC Internazionale Milano midfielder Patrick Vieira may be out of action for a month after medical tests revealed a strained muscle in his right leg.
Tissue damage
A consultant in Lyon revealed that the French international had damaged the tissue at the junction between the back of his knee and his right thigh during training before yesterday's 2-2 UEFA Champions League draw at home against Valencia CF, and the 30-year-old will be out of action for around a month.
Cambiasso concern
Thus he is expected to miss the return leg of the tie against Valencia at the Mestalla Stadium. The club are also concerned that they may be without Esteban Cambiasso for that game after the midfielder suffered a thigh injury immediately after scoring Inter's first goal against the Spanish side.
