"The truth is that we have lost the perfect president and I miss him very much," Moratti said of the late Facchetti. The 61-year-old Moratti, whose father Angelo presided over the Nerazzurri during their glory days of the 1960s, became president in 1995 and remained in the post until 2004 when the baton passed to Facchetti. Inter currently lead Serie A alongside fellow pacesetters US Città di Palermo while sitting second in UEFA Champions League Group B following victories on Matchdays 3 and 4.
