Netherlands centre-forward Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink has completed his transfer from PSV Eindhoven to Scottish champions Celtic FC for a fee of €5m.

Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink has completed his €5m move from PSV Eindhoven to Scottish champions Celtic FC.

Three-year deal
The 27-year-old Dutch international has signed a three-year contract at Celtic Park with the option of a 12-month extension. Vennegoor of Hesselink, who started his career at FC Twente before scoring 72 goals in 156 Eredivisie games for PSV, was presented at a media conference in Glasgow today alongside fellow new boy, full-back Lee Naylor.
