Medical tests
Anderlecht will be able to use the 25-year-old in their forthcoming UEFA Champions League campaign and have the option of taking him on a permanent basis once his loan expires. Pujol passed a medical in Brussels this afternoon and has been handed the No11 shirt.
Youth experience
Pujol joined Nantes as a youth-team player in 1997, signing his first professional contract in 2002. He has scored eleven goals in 76 Ligue 1 games, and could operate in a deep-lying role behind frontmen Serhat Akin and Mbo Mpenza at the Constant Vanden Stock stadium.
