Three-year deal
The 32-year-old has agreed a three-year deal with Anderlecht, where he enjoyed a successful spell between 1997 and 2001. Anderlecht have also offered him a role at the club once his playing career ends. Belgium Under-19 defender Timothy Derijck, 17, travels the other way, leaving Anderlecht for the Dutch UEFA Cup entrants on a four-year contract.
Captain's armband
Goor, who has 59 national-team caps, moved to Feyenoord from Hertha BSC Berlin last summer. He captained the Eredivisie side as well as Belgium - the latter until he was suspended for five matches for spitting at an opponent during a FIFA World Cup qualifying defeat by Spain in October.
Impressive career
Goor started out with KFC Verbroedering Geel, but shot to attention during the 1996/97 season at KRC Genk, scoring 18 goals in 33 games. He then joined Anderlecht and went on to make 130 league appearances for the capital club before signing for Hertha in 2001. After three years in the Bundesliga he switched to Feyenoord where he registered seven times in 34 league matches.
Champions League chance
Anderlecht finished second in the Belgian First Division to earn a place in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.
