Brugge land experienced Valgaeren

Club Brugge KV signed Celtic FC's Joos Valgaeren and agreed to sell David Rozehnal to Paris Saint-Germain FC.

Success in Scotland
Valgaeren, 29, has put pen to paper on a three-year contract and arrives on a free transfer from Celtic. Previously with KV Mechelen and Roda JC, he spent five seasons in Glasgow, winning three Scottish Premier League titles and four Scottish Cups. The big defender, capped 19 times by Belgium, was also part of the Celtic team that reached the 2003 UEFA Cup final.

Rozehnal exit
As Valgaeren arrives, 24-year-old Czech international Rozehnal departs. Club Brugge today agreed a transfer fee in the region of €2m with Paris Saint-Germain FC for the player, who has signed a four-year contract. Rozehnal had been with Brugge since 2003, having joined from SK Sigma Olomouc.
