AS Monaco FC defender Josef Oshadogan's season is over after he suffered a severe knee injury.

Training injury
The versatile 27-year-old Italian turned his knee in training and his 2003/04 campaign has now finished prematurely after only two substitute appearances for the Ligue 1 leaders, who he joined from Serie B side Cosenza Calcio last summer. He previously played for Foggia Calcio, Reggina Calcio and Hellas Verona FC.

Winning start
Monaco lead UEFA Champions League Group C with six points from two games. They visit RC Deportivo La Coruña on Tuesday for the first of two meetings with the Spanish club in 15 days.
