Training blow
The 23-year-old midfield player will be sidelined for at least a month after injuring himself during the first week of Sparta's pre-season training camp. Club doctors have ruled him out of the season opener on 27 July, while his participation in Sparta's UEFA Champions League third qualifying round matches is also in doubt.
First choice
The Czech champions will play as yet unknown opponents on 12/13 August and 26/27 August. Zelenka became a first choice at Sparta last season, when he made 25 appearances and scored five goals.
